In November we purchased a 2010 Expedition which we purchased the warranty with also. Five days after driving the vehicle, the check engine light came on. Bratton took it straight to the Ford dealership when it was determined that the engine would need to be replaced. The warranty company covered to have a brand new engine placed in the vehicle. Michael took excellent care of us and made sure that we had something to drive in the mean time. I would definitely refer friends and family to Bratton Automotive!
