My husband & I just left Bratton Automotive and we're NOT impressed. Their inventory is no where near the 250+ vehicles they say they have. Not to mention the lack of customer service. There were 4 men working and only 1 client other than us on the lot and no one spoke to us. We drove both our vehicles out there from Harris County to trade-in and we were so disappointed. Went by to check out the inventory to see if they might have something I wanted. Went back the next day and bought a 2011 Avalanche. Hub made a great as always, and I left smiling!!!
Went in to look at a Ram 2500, was greeted like I was part of the family, thrown the keys and told me to go enjoy it. Came back, worked out an awesome deal and got what I wanted. Well worth the drive to do business with a family owned business. Highly recommend dealing with them before anyone else!!
