BSP is top-notch. I have three teenagers on high level travel sports teams plus school sports teams. Nick Brattain and his team focus on strength, agility, endurance, and most importantly, injury prevention for my kids. They tailor each workout, each kid, to their specific sport, needs and abilities. and it’s not just for kids, even though a lot of their teammates work out in the same gym, I see adults working out all the time. I was honestly hesitant at first, but after committing to three early mornings each week at Brattain Sport Performance, it’s become something I truly look forward to. The coaches do an incredible job pushing and challenging me, and I’ve seen a huge difference in the six months I’ve been attending.
