I joined BSP about a year and half ago. After an evaluation, Nick and I decided on three goals, better flexibility, improved balance, and stronger core. I would say mission accomplished in about three months. I continue to improve with my goals, as well as strength and endurance have become much better. At 71 years old am playing the best golf of my life. Thank you, Nick

My daughter (12 yrs) and I started at BSP a little over a month ago and couldn’t be happier with our experience, from the thorough consultation, to the friendly staff, and the killer workouts, we both give it an A++!

I've been to a lot of gyms over the years, and Brattain Sports Performance is in a league of its own. From the moment you walk in, you're greeted by name. It may seem like a small thing, but it says everything about the culture they've built. My teenage son and I both train here, and we're already seeing major results this summer. His football and baseball performance has improved tremendously, and I'm seeing noticeable gains in my own strength and functional movement after taking more than a year away from working out.
