If you value professionalism and ethical restraint, I cannot recommend Brattain Minnix Tolliver. In my experience, the firm appears willing to pursue matters aggressively regardless of their substantive merit, and their approach can feel vindictive rather than constructive. Prospective clients seeking a measured, conciliatory resolution should consider other options; this firm may be better suited to those intent on using litigation as leverage. Based on my interaction with them ethics does not seem to play a role in their decision making. They seem to be just throwing stuff at the wall to see what sticks... When I think of the sue happy culture we are seeing in the US today, I think of Brattain Minnix Tolliver.
