They always treat us well
I had a very disappointing experience at Peterson International Parts today. The man who assisted me was extremely rude and seemed to be in a bad mood, which made the whole interaction very unpleasant. He was unprofessional, unwelcoming, and didn’t make me feel valued as a customer. I expected a much higher level of service and courtesy, but unfortunately, this was not the case. I left the store feeling frustrated and let down by how I was treated. I would not recommend this place based on my experience
Dan and the crew at Peterson have gone above and beyond and earned the repeat business from our organization. We have bought 2 used trucks in year and will be buying more in the future.
Great job done by great team! Was great to see mechanics from the old CAT location, who had worked on my truck for over 10 years. And great to meet new team members at the Peterson Trucks. Everyone was courteous, knowledgeable and professional. Price was very reasonable.
