This was my first experience looking for homes, and in a place like NYC, with so many oddities like tax deduction limits, flip taxes, etc, I was understandably nervous. Grant was awesome - he helped me find my coop, keep me on track for timing, and talk through some of these issues and trade-offs while traipsing around the city. I've worked with Grant on many a Home Inspection. I've found him to be a generally caring person. So his clients can get the best possible deals. He is very personable. He goes after the owners or contractors to have repairs made on deficiencies I have found during a Home Inspection He never rushes me when I perform a inspection for his clients.
