Not pleased whatsoever. I payed for the entire roof to be shingled, a few pieces of rotted board to be replaced, all new vents and boots, and a ridge vent cut into the top of the roof (5k cash). We were in a drought when I purchased it so it took 2-3 months for the first rain to come in. Water literally pouring in around the chimney inside the Sheetrock.
