I’ve been a loyal customer to this store but after my experience today I am tired of it. The store’s staff is hit or miss. There are a couple very nice people but most are condescending and rude. Every time I come to the store I am talked down to. It’s too expensive to go there just to be treated badly and have repeat bad interactions. I wish them positive change but I won’t be coming back.
I love the new location! So much more spacious! If you're interested in the new age, this is definitely the place to come to. They've got everything from candles and incense to books and tarot cards. Always worth visiting!
The most interesting and eclectic place of harmony.. I love browsing the galleries, and the kitties are so adorable! Love it!
When I came to Fresno in 2006 I've been looking for a store that sells stuff for my favorite hobby. I couldn't find one, until my niece introduced this store to me. She and I often visit Brass Unicorn to buy our stuff and avail of their special services. We just love this store!
I travel from Bakersfield and this shop is more than just that. The staff makes you feel welcomed and are knowledgeable to answer your questions! I look forward to my future visits!
