One of their employees calls black people “monkey” and other derogatory things to black people and LGBTQ+ people. This employee is Gabrielle. She is racist and said the owner didn’t care what she said, because the owner is racist too. They still stood by this employee and their racism and no action was taken against this employee. Please don’t go to an establishment where management allows their employees to call black people “monkey” with no repercussion.
Openly racist staff that make posts one Facebook making derogatory remarks towards black people, and then harassing a woman of color in Messenger while stating that the management does not care.
Been regulars here since we moved I go because it is close to the house, I decided to invite a few friends, first of all the drinks were very weak I asked how many ounces the put in a double they told me 2!! They double charged my credit card and will not reimburse me. I’ve given them two weeks to make this incident right and I can’t get any sort of answer. The bartender that did it, just argued with me and the manager melody just said she’s been too busy.

friendly people first place I went when I got to tyler.
They could begin by caring about their patrons and not over serving them,.and get rid of those game machines that are used for illegal gambling. The owner jokes about running this place as a nonprofit, and funding her husband's annual mission trips. Creating pain and suffering locally to use the money to help others. Does not sound moral or ethical.
