My husband grew up eating at Brass Lantern and took me there a few days ago. The parking lot was empty and I questioned if it was still as good as when he was a kid. He assured me that it was. We walked in and immediately sat at a table. As I was looking around I noticed how unique it looked inside. I described it as enchanting; something straight out of a fairy tale. Absolutely a wonderful experiance. One of the best steaks I've ever had. Service was great too!
My wife and I celebrated our anniversary last night at this wonderful restaurant. I can't say enough about the meal we had. The ribeyes were cooked expertly and we're delicious! The wait staff was friendly and attentive and the owner, Bertha, was a delight. We talked for a while following dinner and she was pleasure to get to know. We will definitely make this a frequent place to have dinner. If you haven't been, please give it a try.
We JUST left this place. It's my parents 33rd wedding anniversary and we'd made a reservation for 7. Not a lot of people there for a Saturday night which was great, quite, relaxing, excited for my first time eating there! Seated and given menus to be promptly forgotten. I started with the Brass Wildcat beverage-VERY GOOD,, Ordered the Filet w/asparagus-EXCELLANT! Our waitress was very sweet and extremely helpfull. The restaurant is very clean and nicely decorated. All in all...a must do and will do again!
Really good. Family of 4 enjoyed our time here. Everything we ordered was very good, from the cheeseburger and fries to pork flat iron and the sirloin steak to the salmon. The service was very attentive, drinks never was empty. Was asked several times if we needed anything and was everything good, not in a pestering way though. Definitely try the Brass Lantern if you havnt before.
