Friendly people who go out of their way to make birthday's special. (And so understanding when we had to cancel this year). But we love this place and will keep coming back. Such wonderful food and lovely atmosphere!
MY STEAK WAS OLD AND SOUR, bread was hard- AND I ASKED FOR A MANAGER quietly and she came and SHE BELITTLED ME IN FRONT OF MY WHOLE FAMILY. The table next to us said she does it more often then not- they came simplu for entertainment - if you have an issue with your food its not HER FAULT, you must be sick. rude and has a chip on her shoulder. service was friendly by my server but kept apologizing for the way her boss was. Our steaks were delicious, could used a bit of seasoning, but were cooked correctly and were good nonetheless. Our waiter was also great. Very professional and knowledgeable. The two downsides were the lack of options at the salad bar. I would have added a shredded cheese option and bacon bits. We waited a while to be seated, because the hostess wasn’t paying attention until we were like, “What gives?”. I saw a couple walk out because they were waiting a long time too and no one would acknowledge them.
First time at Brass lantern! Very good food and our server angela russell was the best!! Thank you for such a nice evening! We will be back!
