We live in these apartments for 4 years and are sad that we're having to leave because we're moving out of town. Colleen is a great manager! She's very personable and handles your any concerns you may have right away! She helped us out a lot when moving out and she goes the extra mile! We loved it there!
I've lived in these apartments for over a year now, out of all of the apartments I've lived in in Richland, these are my favorite. The apartment manager is really personable and prompt when there are issues. They may not have all of the amenities of larger complexes, but that also is a bonus at the same time. It's small and fairly quiet. The units don't have washers and dryers in them, but i'd say that is the only real con. I lived here for a year and I loved every second of it! the apartment manager and maintenance lady are amazing! and such a good price for the space provided. Everyone in the neighborhood is really friendly too! and its right next to barracudas which has the best coffee in tri cities! I would rent here again in a heartbeat.
The apartment complex was overall a good place to live. Reasonable rent in central Richland, rates were stable over my tenancy. Older apartments (built in the 70's), but being updated to an extent as units come free. All appliances are electric. They buildings are a little older, however Colleen was amazing to rent from. The apartments were quiet and if you needed anything fixed they were more than happy to help. If we hadn’t moved to a new city we would probably still be there.
