Sadly, I don't use Brass Hanger anymore. They mixed my cleaning order with someone else's and gave me back the wrong men's dress shirt. It was clearly their mixup, but they did nothing to resolve the issue - and the customer service was atrocious. I took a bedspread to brass hanger to clean because my puppy had piddled on it a couple hours before dropping it off. I picked the bedspread up and put it on my bed and the same pee spot was still there! I called right away saying the bedspread was not even touched and the manger was very rude to me saying they did everything they were supposed to and could not get it out. I ended up washing it on gentle cycle and the spot was gone. What great customer service they have there to call their customer's liars
NEVER take a nice dress to this dry cleaner. They are very unprofessional. I brought an expensive dress there to be dry cleaned. The dress was totally ruined. The so-called manager/owner practically called me a liar. WHY IS THAT? He refused to take blame for his establishment shrinking and stretching my dress. It was all on me. It was my fault the dress was ruined. He kept saying, "I don't understand how it could shrink, and then stretch out to the side". Obviously he does not know his own business.
