was sold an as is car that they knew had structural damage but did not disclose - and specifically announced no arbitration for structural - when i brought this all up - the claim was rejected and this complaint went ignored (i requested for it to go to jordan who had the ability to make a different call and it was still rejected, also asked for jordan to call me 3 times and no call) - just a deceptive way to do business - now we are stuck with a totaled subaru that the entire main frame is bent on (not repairable)
