I was seen at the Braselton office. The staff are very professional and welcoming from the time you enter until you are done. Taylor is a great hygienist and Dr. Vaughn is a kind and pain free dentist. I highly recommend them to everyone
I was on vacation and broke a crown. Went initially to a different dental office who only took X-rays and prescribed anti-biotics. 12 hours later I went to BGW dental due to my face swelling and severe pain. They saw me with no appointment made and provided me with the temporary dental care that I needed to get back home. The whole BGW experience was superb. I was thinking this morning how much I used to hate going to the dentist, and I don't feel that way at all when going to BGW Dental. I had a great teeth cleaning appointment this morning and my teeth feel wonderful.
Staff is extremely friendly. Facility is clean with very welcoming. Highly recommend.
I have had two check up appointments. The front desk person was smiling at 7:30 in the morning! The hygienist is wonderful, as is the dentist. I couldn't be happier with my experience.
