Horrible front end staff is rude and incompetent.
I started working at Braselton Pediatrics last June and it has been a great experience. I love the staff and am so very thankful for them.
I have been bringing my children here for several years and have always been happy. Dr B Always takes time and listens to any concerns and answers any questions without making me feel rushed. I love the fact that I can always get a same day appointment if my children are sick. Front office is always friendly and any nurses I've come in contact with have been great!
Dr B is a great doctor! However over the passed year or so the wait times are getting longer and longer. The past 5 appts I’ve waiting at least 30 mins before even going to a room. Appt time was 10:40 and it’s now 11:22 and I’m just now going back. I can understand every once in a while however not every time.
First the front desk lady never made eye contact like she hated her job, the place was filthy Cobb Webb's on shelves and bookcase in waiting room trash in floor.....the assessment room had chunks of dirt in corners and the furniture was very very old I sunk in when I sat and the Dr would not let me speak she kept cutting me off. They nurse that gave the shots literally jabbed the shots in his legs brusies still there and they used adult size adhesive bandage do it left HUGE whelps .....they said they would let me we the box ... read more
