Very disappointing experience. I requested an appointment and received confirmation that it was being reviewed. Shortly after, the appointment was declined with no explanation. That alone was frustrating, but what made it worse was that when I tried calling the salon to understand why or to reschedule, no one answered the phone. If appointments are declined, basic customer service would be to either provide a reason or be reachable by phone. The atmosphere is comfortable, relaxed, and homey. Macy did a fantastic job shaping up my curly hair and keeping as much length as possible while I transition between haircut shapes.
