Never really listened to my symptoms and never decided to properly diagnose. Felt a huge power display in his behavior since I am a woman. Cuts you off constantly mid sentence. Do not go to this man.
He is rude and doesn't ever listen to patient concerns.
he is not interested in helping me well. only gave me an SSRI. I complained a lot about my add symptoms. how could he say that i was gonna die if he gave me a stimulant when he knew perfectly that my blood pressure was usually normal accept for when i have anxiety
My son has ADHD/mood disorder and has been seeing Dr. Brar for 5 years. During this time, Dr. Brar has helped us find the right medications to help manage his behaviors and experience success in school. He is knowledgeable, compassionate, and patient and we are grateful to him for all he has done for our son.
Wait times are *always* over 45 minutes. Dr Brar and his staff consistently have attitudes, as well. I have found a new psychiatrist because I started getting anxiety and knew half my day would be wasted by coming here.

With gentle eyes and curious ears, great care is taken to understand the complexities of one’s mental health status. Treatment options are explored according to patient preferences and needs, explained so that understanding is gained, and supported over time through diligence and genuine concern. I would gladly refer family an friends.
My daughter has had mental health problems since she was a young child. Over the years she has seen several doctors, none of whom could correctly diagnose and treat her. As an adult she was becoming estranged from the entire family and was extremely unhappy in her life. When she finally found Dr. Brar, his treatment miraculously turned everything around. She's now happy and interacts well with everyone. The whole family is grateful.
