The worst place ever since they changed management and doctors before Covid happened. They charge $25 no show fee for an already cancelled appointment that was cancelled 3 days prior. Unbelievable. Scheduling patients every 2-3 months even though nothing wrong with them! Why?! Insurance purpose? Collecting copays?? They are scheduling people back to back and stacking us like building blocks in the already small waiting area. I would give this area a 0 star.
Este lugar es lo peor jamas te costetan el telefono, para cambiar o hacer una cita tiene que ir por q nunca contestan...Cuando llegas te da cuenta q no estan haciendo nada ni hablando con nadie ..Este lugar lo deverian de cerrar, tienen un monton de personas trabajando pero solo los mira q andan dando vueltas..
These receptionists here are lazy couch potatoes!They should be working at a hotdog cart instead of an office,never pick up the phone,take forever to have referrals ready are bitter with nasty attitudes and they make this place worst that it already is,i had to find another doctor so i suggest you don't waste your time in this place unless you don't mind being treated like a ghost...yall should be ashamed of the trash services you provide here,congrats to Dr brantz for retiring,best thing you ever did..you left your unprofes... read more
