I have been renting from IRent here in Burlington for the past year following my relocation from Ottawa where I was also renting from IRent. I deliberately looked for an IRent building here in Burlington as the company has been a great landlord wherever I have been. 1275 Brant Street is probably one of the nicest apartments in town thanks to the management of the facility. All service requests taken care of immediately, thankfully Paul & Pam take it all on brilliantly!
Kim C. was so helpful with getting me into my new place! She was so kind, and made things so easy, oh and quick! Which is always greatly appreciated. It was nice to work with her as my rental agent because she is so personable :).
