I have lived In 455 maple ave for combined 20 yrs Paula and Paul are outstanding.Paula is caring and funny and always has a smile for every resident she is by far the best we have had taking care of this building and Paul how doesn't the maintenance tasks is alway friendly and does a great job taking care of issues for the building. These 2 are outstanding employees and deserve to be recognized for their contributions to maintain our building
We’ve been living at 700 Ross for just over a year now, and our experience has been spectacular, to say the least. Paul has always responded to any maintenance requests (and they’ve been minimal) lighting fast, and Pam is a friendly face who we can always count on keeping the public areas spick and span. Would definitely recommend them and this community.
