This is the best gym by far on the Mississippi Coast. There are truly the best trainers available and they not only know their profession, they care about their clients. The gym is too notch, and offers many classes and weight loss challenges. The atmosphere here has created and fostered the BEST gym family on the coast. If you are not a member here, you are missing out for sure.
I’m 2 classes in and love it! I’ve done a spin based class and a circuit style class. I love that they offer a variety of classes to choose from throughout the day. Everyone has been so helpful explaining the workouts. Already looking forward to the next class!

This gym is perfect for me! I actually enjoy going to workout and just feel good being there! All the staff are super sweet and the equipment is everything you need! I am so glad I found this gym!
A gym like no other! The trainers are knowledgeable and encouraging. The classes and bootcamps are always new, challenging, and invigorating. The group challenges encourage a little friendly competition while laying the groundwork for amazing new friendships. I am three years in and still look forward to walking in the door every day.
