This was my first time at kia Brantford, and not only was I able to get an almost immediate appointment, but my call was taken by a very friendly, and patient Chanda. when I came in for pick up, I was shown an additional trick to keeping the wipers in good shape for winter maintenance. I am very appreciative of the customer care I received and will most definitely be back. Thankyou.
