We booked The Grand Plaza for 5 nights. We also booked the Titanic Museum and 4 shows and had excellent seats at all of them! We saw Legends in Concert, Murder Mystery Dinner Show, New Year's Eve with Haygoods & Clay Cooper, Pierce Arrow. All great shows! We would definitely use Branson Tourism Center again. We also did the Windham timeshare......DON'T Do it......not worth $100! Don't waste your vacation time on nasty Salesmen!

Would have given them 5 stars EXCEPT for them pushing the Wyndham Resort (time share scam) to us, saying a good breakfast not donuts and no high pressure...complete lies. BTC Seriously needs to distance themselves from Wyndham, true we got $100 back after 3 hours of guilt riddled high pressure sales and being told how much money Wyndham has spent for us to waste their time even after we just wanted information to research before making a decision, these people are just like slimy car salesmen, rude and mean when you say no. ... read more

They were excellent, professional, and gave us everything they promised, and that's saying something now-a-days. Had a great time!
