I loved the Grand Country! Staff, hotel, and attractions were all wonderful! We enjoyed the Apple Tree Antiques as well! However, the Titanic Museum was awful!!! They were rude to my family because we had my infant son with us. The manager Sean was very rude and did nothing to rectify the situation that he caused! He only said sorry as if that made it all better! A good manager would have done more to welcome my good comments about their business. We've used Branson Tourism Center both times we have vacationed there for a week. We book our lodging, attractions, and shows through them. Great deals, courteous service, and our vacation is hassle free and planned with one phone call!!
Faunna and Sean at Branson Tourism Center are the best. Had and easy time planning our 43rd wedding anniversary weekend trip. Loved the special attention that I received when we picked up our tickets. Walked away with many special memories and some very special future plans.. Branson Tourism Center will be my first call next time I come to Branson. I have already hooked up a friend who is doing her 25th wedding anniversary trip. Thanks for all you did for us.
