I tried to book required pool tickets on line. The website declined my card TWICE...yet charged my account anyway! TWICE! It still never would move to allow me to get my tickets or receipt since it "declined" the card! I called and got asked to hold for a manager to fix it. Then was mysteriously just sent to a general voicemail box at the front desk! (they closed in 20 min!) It is very upsetting to spend an hour on this just to have to deal with it all tomorrow to get my refund...and STILL HAVE TO FIND A PLACE I can trust to... read more

My first visit to Branson. Found the Stockstill Dog Park. Bought a 3 day pass for my fur child. It was the best ten dollars spent of the whole trip. It is a very nice, very well maintained park. Mid morning seems to be best time, different locals show up on different days. Makes for nice visiting while the children play.
Our team traveled over 300 miles for a tournament that was held here. The umpires were over worked and was overheated to the point they couldn’t keep a pitch count and other missed calls (on both sides) When we tried to talk to the director and he didn’t do anything about it. Didn’t even care about the umpires. We will not be coming back to play here and I hope that other teams do their research before paying a large amount to play in the tournaments that are held here. I think its absolutely ridiculous that they would have young children playing so late!!! Someone should take in consideration that not everyone who plays there lives locally.
