Save your money and time and rent through someone else. To start out we moved into a house that they manage and the house was very dirty. We paid to have it professionally cleaned before even moving in even having the carpets clean. Once we moved in we realized more and more was wrong with the house and getting them to fix anything for things to work was like pulling teeth.
