Had a great Combo Lunch today. The salad with cranberries was amazing! Our servers name was Heather and she did a great job of taking care of us!!!!
Waited 35 minutes for service tonight in the bar area. Watched three other tables come in and get greeted and served. Will never go back.

Tried dinner tonight with my husband at his favorite restaurant for Valentine's Day. Absolutely would not go back. My food was cold so they brought it back. They brought me the new plate and it is still cold. Then I sat there for at least a half an hour with an empty glass, so nothing to drink either. They did however give us $5 off our bill (slap in the face). So thank you so much for the wonderful valentines dinner tonight.

Tara, First I am sorry. I am not a big shot and you can get a hold of me personally for this media is hurtful. We do a lot of things right or otherwise we would not be in Holland for over 20 years. When we do fail I take it personal as we should and we make it right but I want to say we have good people in Holland that work there and they do a great job but like us all they make mistakes and I do also but if given a chance without being out there in the big media picture we make it right .
