Grossly misdiagnosed by him. Grossly misdiagnosed my injury. No other orthopedic doctors wanted to take my case after that. Suffered months of ineffective treatments and developed severe anxiety because of a diagnosis he pushed on me. Do not recommend him.
Dr. Frank has kept me out of pain with zero medication for 7 years. I’m so glad I found him, he and his staff are THE BEST!
Too classy for Medicaid members. I guess we just have to suffer since we r broke.
the doctors might be ok, however this office will not answer the phone, call your scripts in on time, and the wait could be hours, I would try and find another place.
Dr. Frank is not a caring pain management specialist. His last office closed unexpectedly and now he is in an orthopedic office. I would not rely on him for any quality help. There are many good caring folks in Austin who have a steady track record- I would recommend them over Frank.
