Professional and thorough.
I don't have any issues with Dr. Kosarac, but I did have continuing issues with this practice as a whole, specifically the office staff and the lack of communication. My last visit was the worst. I waited an hour and a half before being told my appt. time was 11:30am, not 1:30pm (as I was told when I called to make the appt). Why couldn't they tell me when I checked in? Then they said they couldn't fit me in at all! I had to go to a walk-in clinic and spend almost $100 that day. NOT going back!
Dr. Kosarac is exceptionally caring and thorough.
Never had to wait more than 15 minutes to be called back for my appt. She is very straight forward, which I like, and my boys pay attention to her because of this.
Completely void of compassion, horrible bedside manner/personality. Worst doctor I've ever been to. Don't expect her to listen to anything you say beyond the questions she asks. Office and nurse staff was really great though - will try to find another doctor in this clinic.
First, I would not recommend her because I have had a horrible experience at the new Methodist Group that opened on March 1, 2016 on the corner of 518 at Cullen. I waited over an hour for my 3:45 appt. My chief complaint was I could hear something inside my ear. She told me such a ridicules reason for this occurrence. I would not recommend this doctor.
