False advertising and poor management First thing to realize is that contrary to this ad there are NO hardwood floors, NO courtyard. The other big issue is the fact that you have to beg and sometimes even threaten legal action to get repairs done to your unit. I had an issue from day one that took me 2 yrs and multiple work requests and finally driving to waukesha with photos to see the owners to get resolved.
