DO NOT MOVE HERE! I've been living here for almost 3 years I had to deal with 2 nosey site managers. The first one was going through my mail, I have to report him to the post office and police. The site manager now Ms. Ingrid just throw all of my items out of my apartment. No I did not give them a schedule date for a move out, no I did not give them the key as yet. Great Place for elderly people to live out the best days of their lives My mother in law has lived there for years. She loves the closeness and the ability to live independently. We have seen staff come and go over the years, but I will say the current manager they have there now is by far the best. She is new to the whole income based housing world but she takes the time even when she's busy and trying to learn her own job to make sure that her residents are taken care of. Good for Starters If this is your first time getting an apartment this is the place for you. Rent is Affordable and the neighborhood is not that bad!

waste of time I can never get the maintanence crew to fix things on a timley manner. The rent office never answers the phone or return messages. They are very rude and unprofessional. I have complained about things and put stuff on a work order that's never got fixed. I been there for about nine years. The only reason I am still there is because its what I can afford right now.
