Beware!!! We took our one-year old cat in when it was sick and spent over $500 in fecal samples, scans, the works. The "checked for all diseases" and finally found it was a urinary tract infection. All that for $500. Nevermind that though, two weeks later the cat is sick again and we take him back in. They tell us he has fatty liver disease. Amazing they didn't find this out with the first $500 worth of scans. Instead of getting better, the cat gets worse every time we check in. My wife and I had to bring him fresh beds as h... read more

Don't go here!! This was a good vet several years ago but not anymore. If you're bringing in your HEALTHY pet for a simple shot then I guess it would be ok but if you have a SICK pet go somewhere else! I don't feel they're qualified, do too much guess work and they'll rape your pocketbook with testing, medication ect... Hopefully they'll hire another Doctor that loves animals more than money!

Best Vet Experience So Far I have owned animals all of my life, and so far Dr. Gray and his co-workers have taken the best care of my dogs, cats and horses. They make farm calls, have spayed my pets, taken care of abcesses, and just done routine work. The vets are all wonderful, they are open 7 days, til 8 pm. I have never been displeased. PROS: Wonderful vets, farm calls CONS: --

"I'll be back..." I may be moving this year and thought I would search for vets nearer to where I am relocating. As I looked for vets,I saw Brandywine Vet Hospital reviewed and read some of them. I have been a client for 20some years and really resent some of those negative reviews that I saw. It comes to my mind that hundreds of satisfied customers do not leave a vet hospital and rush home to write a review on a website. They consider good care and service to be great as it normally is at this hospital or business,so take i... read more

Great Vet Hospital I love Brandywine Vet Hospital! A friend of mine recommended Dr Brad Gray to me when I recently adopted a puppy and have been impressed with Dr Gray and his caring staff. I would recommend this vet to everyone who wants a vet with experience that you can trust.

Caring and compassionate I have been going to Brandywine Vet. for more than 30 years. All of our pets have been well cared for there either during illness or for boarding. Recently, my old girl puppy (13 yrs old), became sick. I called and was told to come in as they would squeeze me in. Dr. Gray prescribed meds for her, but was more concerned that she wasn't eating. He said please call if she doesn't improve. 2 days later I called them at 8 am because of the seizures that my dog was suffering from. Their vet tech. Allison w... read more

Very Frustrated I called the office several times for Orthopaedic Surgery on a Luxating Patella, for my dog Stuart, talked to staff and stated I also wanted a quote including teeth cleaning, along with the removal of 3 other lesions, as long as Stuart was under anesthesia. I waited while staff asked Dr Gray and I could hear him in the background, he stated total would be $1800. I elected to do have Dr Gray perform the surgery Feb 1st. After surgery, I picked him up and was charged another $100+ for xrays that I was told woul... read more

Definitely go here I wanted to take a minute to comment here, my dog was seen by Dr. Moore, she was absolutely correct with her diagnosis and she made the diagnosis by her knowledge and experience with dogs, and her overall evaluation of him- I was not raked over the coals with expenses, she followed up with me and made awesome reccomendations for my dog- when it was time to put him to sleep (1yr after diagnosis) the staff was tremendously supportive and caring and Dr. Moore came in to give her condolences. As far as appt. s... read more
