I want to thank Dr. Moss and his staff for the truly compassionate care and dedicated service that I received as my Golden Retriever, Maverick had both hind legs surgically repaired for Luxating Patellas in July. Dr. Moss took the time to carefully review Maverick's pre-op x-rays with me and thoroughly explain post-op directions for his recovery. If I could give this vet a 0 I would. They are listed on the Pitbull Registry as a Vet that will see pitbulls. After going into the exam room and muzzling my dog, The doctor opens the door, stands at the doorway. My pit was on the other side of me, with his muzzled head in my lap, cowering and growling at the doctor because he was scared. The doctor stated he is a mean dog, and too big and that he was too old to deal with a dog like that. My dog is the nicest dog but when he gets scared he growls. What a wonderful and sincerely caring staff. They were so genuinely understanding and compassionate when I had to put my cat down. They are wonderful at taking the time to explain what all options are for your pet. I HIGHLY recommend them and feel so lucky that I found them. :-)
This is the Vet I've been to and it's the only one I'll ever go to. The staff is wonderful and caring for both the pets and the owners. They've had us Catanese's for over 20 years and they'll get us for many, many more!
