I’ve taken my dogs to Brandywine Valley for 15 years. We always requested Dr Carol Schaefer because of her compassion and her knowledge. She is excellent! When I called to schedule my dogs annual exam, I was surprised to find that she had left the practice! The receptionist would give no information of where she is now and/or if she had retired! Despicable treatment of Dr Schafer a month after her husband died. You must save all your compassion for animals. Try fixing your own hearts.
Dr. Moss performed surgery on my pup’s hip last March. She was suffering from severe hip dysphasia. By summer she was the fastest and most playful pup in the dog park. It’s hard to remember when she was in so much pain.
My first visit was merely to get tick supplies and I thought this was the friendliest clinic I have ever come across. This past weekend I had to take my girl in for an ear infection. Dr Shafer went above and beyond to get her sorted. This really is the first time ever I could see a vet concerned for a pet and she did not rest until my dog was 100% Your clinic rocks.
Thank you dr Moss and staff for taking such good care of daisy for her inguinal hernia repair and spay. She had a great recovery .
