I am very appreciative of Brandeywine Urology today. My pharmacy was having tons of issues (all day long) getting my prescriptions. Sydney continued to stay on top of everything she could and keeping me updated. She sent them electronically, faxed and sent to a new Walgreens and they still weren’t going through. Finally she called herself and resolved the issue for me. I’m incredibly grateful to her for all the help!
Con: Appointment setter (Lisa?) was extremely rude, and acted like I was a major inconvenience for calling. It's like she tried to make me feel bad for asking to be a customer. Pro: They had a doctor who was able to see us within 2 days for our urgent need. Con: Doctor we saw didn't know what she was talking about, and represented two different statements as facts that we knew are objectively incorrect (we are also in medical profession). It's dangerous for doctors to be giving guidance to do the opposite of what's helpful. ... read more
The PA l saw for a few years, Melissa Lehr, was Great. She said I needed a Cystoscopy and sent me to Dr Robert Brown. He did the Cystoscopy on July 1st. On July 3rd I was in Christiana hospital with Sepsis. His response at the follow up appointment was a GRIN. Nothing else. I told Melissa through the Portal what happened and I was not happy with him. They cancelled my portal access and sent me a registered letter saying my actions won't be tolerated. What about Dr Robert Brown's Actions. The man gave Me Sepsis, which could b... read more
