Very caring staff; very clean facilities
Dr. Hustey is the most compassionate and knowledgeable vet that I have known and I have known more than a few. The entire staff is kind, loving and compassionate. I have a long history with Dr. Hustey and I know he is the best.
My dogs are my world and I always know the staff at Brandywine will take great care of them. My lab has had a rough start to life over the past 2 years and they’ve always been there to care for her with love and compassion.
Words cannot express the gratitude I have for the staff and the vets here at Brandywine. Their caring and compassionate attitudes towards each and every patient and their owners are unequalled. I would not have made it through the day that my Beanie died if not for them.
Called to see if you had an appointments available as my vet is booked up and I didn’t want my dog to suffer until Friday. Your receptionist was quite rude and cut me off mid sentence to tell me that you aren’t accepting new patients. Her tone was rather snarky and off putting. I’m almost glad it happened because I can’t imagine how people get treated in person if that’s how you treat them over the phone.
Everyone at Brandywine is loving and helpful. I have had them care for my pets for years and years and the respect they show for them and me is always amazing.
