I want to give a shoutout to Jeremy she came prompt and on time and ensured the job was completed and accurate. He insured that the filter was changed and i knew the location of the filter.
Great service from shay
BRANDYWINE!!! Needs to treat the people better who’s using their hard earned money to pay rent! And Sharita Thomas needs to learn how to talk to people. Whenever you call her about something (ANYTHING) she talks as if she’s being bothered or she’s irritated that she’s on the phone. Sharita if you don’t want to be bothered DONT HAVE A JOB where you have to communicate with people! The company doesn’t miss a beat when it comes to getting their money! So don’t miss a beat when it comes to how the tenants are being TREATED!!!!
This guy was excellent! He made sure everything in our house was taken care of before he left. His customer service was great. I would definitely want him to come back if we have any more problems
The technician did a great job. He cleaned all the clogs
