Called for general information and right off the bat Allison has a terrible and condescending attitude. Definitely doesnt give welcoming. Based off the reviews that should've given me an idea of what to expect.
Did an application and they claimed on my credit report that it showed I had a judgment against me from a past landlord that was in collections.. I looked and there wasn’t anything there. I filed bankruptcy years ago about my name being used for a landlord without my knowledge and even have a police report on it. Terrible people to rent from, they messed up their records and said i didnt pay my rent. i had paid my rent and had the money order receipt to prove it. at first they played dumb but once i pulled out the receipt they said they would fix it. i almost didnt get approved for a mortgage because of this, i had to go and pull bank statements to prove to my lender that i did pay it.
