Needs negative stars. I have been laid up since Nov 21, 2024 from looking at these apartments with my son. (Just starting to get better after meds from Dr 12/01/2024) The person walking us around said "just needs a little cleaning" so I looked under the bathroom sink. Bad decision as it was so full of black mold you couldn't see the cabinet. I have been laid up ever since battling trouble breathing, messed up lungs and severe sinus issue. Hi I live here and the dish washer floods for no reason and nobody even turns it on and all the closet doors have rusted and can't close or is completely off and there's a hole in my bathroom wall we have to cover it up with a piece of paper and tape? I dunno when thire gonna fix that :< and I should've begged my parents to get the apt renovated but sadly not didn't work out also I think spiders r in the house how do spiders get in here also there's mold in the bathroom shower.. my mom says that black mold and cause sicknes... read more
I’ve been living at Brandywine Crossing Apartments for almost a year and a half, and this is by far the best apartment I’ve ever stayed in. Allyson and Gabbi are absolutely amazing and have been since day one. Their responses are always immediate and i’ve never had to wait more than a couple of hours for any maintenance issue since i’ve been livin here. Anytime I have had an issue in my apartment someone has come right out and fixed it. The staff is also very friendly. I go on daily walks around the complex and the grounds are so clean. Very nice place to live
