Terrible people to rent from, they messed up their records and said i didnt pay my rent. i had paid my rent and had the money order receipt to prove it. at first they played dumb but once i pulled out the receipt they said they would fix it. i almost didnt get approved for a mortgage because of this, i had to go and pull bank statements to prove to my lender that i did pay it.

This is getting ridiculous! I can't even use any of the bathrooms to shower. This is not the first time I l wake up and find the tub and shower filled with disgustingly filthy water. Both toilets are clogged, and the closest is flooded with that filthy water. They are aware that emergency like that happens all the time.
