RecommendedWe love living here for many reasons. Everyone here is nice, when you walk by someone everyone greets each other and that's nice. Its nice and quite and clean here. Love all the little things that are done by all the staff to put a HUGE smile on my daughter. Even with the current situation we are facing they manage to come up with tons of fun things to do!! This is our first apartment for me and my BF and i thought at first attempt its impossible for us to move here cuhs whenever we say Brandywine they always say thats a nice place and guess wat we are living here for 6months already veronica annysa and silvia they are the coolest managers i've ever meet and u are really can feel that ur home:) i reported something to them and they take an action immidiately but yah i think it just really depends on the people now a days they are really stuborn people. so we just ignored it but... read more

I only wish that the Delano Gardens would do as many community activities and events as the Brandywine Apartments do I hear nothing but good things from people about this apartment structure.

Love the friendly faces of the staff and how they make you feel at home. The maintenance guys always do a great job & are quick at fixing anything we need. And for the ladies at the office, they are so helpful to us and always have smiles to share, my son loves them & we love living here!
Since day one Veronica and her team have been nothing but welcoming. We appreciate everything especially when we need some maintenance, it gets done accordingly and quick. Zero complaints and happy to say they deserve more than just a five star. 🏼🏼🏼 #greatjob #weloveBWaprts 😊
