My experience at brandywine has been overwhelmingly amazing, I love the management staff, maintenance on site 24-7. The turn around for any unit issues and the response is very fast, professional and the work done has been very satisfying. The complex is a gated community, very safe and family oriented. The people here are very friendly, the units are clean and up to date. The parking lot is secure and is monitored 24-7, the grass is always clean and maintained. I love Brandywine! My experience over the years has been amazing. Marcie and Olga (Management) are so sweet and they handle business very well. They make living here worth it. Maintenance request are always handled in a decent time, property is well kept up with, and the kids park, pool, dog park, and fitness center are all easy to access. This community has a great environment and peaceful! 10/10 I would definitely recommend !

Been here about a month and for the most part for the area and price I am happy with my apartment. The office staff is friendly and for the few things I’ve needed done maintenance was knowledgeable and completed all my request in one day. The community is quiet and my neighbors have been very welcoming. However, there are water bugs ( those big flying roaches) bad. I currently live at Brandy wine apartments I had the pleasure to meet John the maintenance man due to some maintenance issues I had in my apartment wow let me tell you how wonderful helpful this man is he came to repair my things that I needed repair.
