I’ve been here two years and no maintenance man has been as kind, helpful, and thorough as John. Olga in the office is also very pleasant to speak with. 5 stars for them. If we were talking about management and the apartments themselves, I would not rate 5 stars.
Great community and friendly neighbors---The leasing office staff and maintenance team are great! The office staff are always responsive calls, email text------the new maintenance team are always super quick to respond. Pool is open again- car wash w vacumn is coming back. Lawns and landscaping beautifully cared for all year. Definitely recommend and also location is great ......minutes from Malls, Base, Shopping, and Interstates...
MAINTENANCE IS QUICK John is amazing !! My A/C wasn’t working properly and I submitted a work order 5/17/25 (Saturday) and on 5/19/25 he came and fixed everything in less that 30 minutes. Thats why I love it here!
I’ve been living at Brandywine Apartments for about four years now. Marcie, the property manager, is one of the most kindest, empathetic people I’ve met. I’m extremely grateful to have her as my property manager! Super attentive and you can tell she genuinely cares about her residents. We’ve went through a couple maintenance people, and I have to say, the current one, John, is a BEAST! Quick, efficient, knowledgeable, and incredibly friendly. Hello! We moved here in February of this year! The apartment is absolutely beautiful, I love how clean it is around the area. The ladies in the front office are VERY helpful and understanding, I haven’t had any problems with my apartment! My kids love it here, they love going to the park and enjoy playing with children here. We can’t wait for the pool to open! I definitely recommend Brandywine to anywho who’s looking to move!
