Been here about a month and for the most part for the area and price I am happy with my apartment. The office staff is friendly and for the few things I’ve needed done maintenance was knowledgeable and completed all my request in one day. The community is quiet and my neighbors have been very welcoming. However, there are water bugs ( those big flying roaches) bad. I currently live at Brandy wine apartments I had the pleasure to meet John the maintenance man due to some maintenance issues I had in my apartment wow let me tell you how wonderful helpful this man is he came to repair my things that I needed repair. He is a good man and a hard worker I really appreciate you, John. Thank you so much. Keep up the good work.
I’ve been here two years and no maintenance man has been as kind, helpful, and thorough as John. Olga in the office is also very pleasant to speak with. 5 stars for them. If we were talking about management and the apartments themselves, I would not rate 5 stars.
Great community and friendly neighbors---The leasing office staff and maintenance team are great! The office staff are always responsive calls, email text------the new maintenance team are always super quick to respond. Pool is open again- car wash w vacumn is coming back. Lawns and landscaping beautifully cared for all year. Definitely recommend and also location is great ......minutes from Malls, Base, Shopping, and Interstates...
MAINTENANCE IS QUICK John is amazing !! My A/C wasn’t working properly and I submitted a work order 5/17/25 (Saturday) and on 5/19/25 he came and fixed everything in less that 30 minutes. Thats why I love it here!
