What a great place with good old fashioned customer service! I went there today for a keychain, so I obviously didn’t spend much but the young man that waited on me ( I think his name was Jon) could not have been more helpful and friendly. He had me all fixed up in a few minutes. Last summer my mother needed an extra key to her car. It is a fairly new car so it needed to be programmed. My friend, Don, called me yesterday in a panic because he locked himself out of his home. This is a major concern because he takes care of his elderly father, and he himself is vision impaired. Don knocked on his door, heard his dad fall, and then could hear him crying. Being vision impaired, he can barely use his phone to dial, nevertheless look up anyone. So I called Brandy's right away.
