I am so glad we made the choice to list our home with Brandy and hear team. They made the process so easy! They scheduled the photos very quickly, and the quality was so good my husband thought the pictures made our home look better than it did in person. The marketing of our property went so well that we had multiple showings at least 6 out of 7 days each week. We did get our first full price offer in the first week, but it was contingent on the sale of the buyer's home. At Brandy's advice we has the option to leave the hom... read more
