OMG where do I begin?! Brandy Pennington is such an incredible person. She is so polite and articulate. She is very experienced with the Anchorage Real Estate market. She knows the business and knows it well!
Brandy was so awesome - when I was starting to stress out about all that was going on with selling the house, she told me not to worry about it - she would take care of it. She did - it was so nice to be able to trust her so I could "not worry about it"! She went the extra mile on all stages of selling my house.
I've known Brandy a little over a year now. She is a true professional in the real estate realm. A very kind and helpful person that genuinely cares about others. She is my landlord and realtor and has put great effort into finding me and my significant other a place of our own. I'm grateful for all Brandy has done for me over the past year.

I actually got in contact with her several years ago by referral, my son had moved to Anchorage to attend APU, he graduated APU and was working in his chosen field for a couple years and saving $$ as he wanted to buy his first home and thought he was ready.
