Brandy is so personable and relatable. She's perfect for Dr. Moody's practice. She explains things well and I appreciate that she is there to help us!
APRN McIver was nice and listened closely to my concerns. I did have an issue bigger than she thought she should've handled and took it straight to Dr. Hoang. I respected her more for this. She didnt try to handle it herself and might have been wrong. Professional responses but with a nice smile. Surprised at her youth, but doctors start out young. Don't be afraid to trust her.
