APRN McIver was nice and listened closely to my concerns. I did have an issue bigger than she thought she should've handled and took it straight to Dr. Hoang. I respected her more for this. She didnt try to handle it herself and might have been wrong. Professional responses but with a nice smile. Surprised at her youth, but doctors start out young. Don't be afraid to trust her.

She is very thorough. She listens and answers all questions you may have. I would recommend her to even my closest family members. Im so glad she is on my list of doctors. You can also have virtual appointments scheduled later on the afternoon so she can go over results of a scan you may have had, and she will explain to you your next steps.
