I bought $25 and some change worth of shampoo and conditioner for our dogs with a $20 gift card. They ran the gift card, told me there was only $5 and some change on the card. I tried to explain that that was the balance owed. They argued and said no so I had to give them my credit card for the purchase. My gift card has not been reimbursed the $20, yet they tell me they did not have an overage on sales that night. Very disappointed. Will never go back again. Thank you Brandt's staff Sue and Jamie for helping me find the Zymox shampoo that Hershey loves. No more itchy dog. He also loves his Charlee Bear cheese treats in his new puzzle toy too.
I miss the days of being told at check-out, "Thank you for choosing to do business @ Brandts" I don't even get a "Thank you" now....just "Have a nice day." Not the same in my book. I am more willing now to support the chain store. <sad>
