Brandt’s added central air and heating to our historic, 150 yr old home. The residence has been in the family since 1904. Originally heated by a coal-burning fireplace, then a coal furnace, then a propane boiler. It was time for a more cost-efficient option. I would like to start off by saying I did not purchase the furnace it was gifted to me so for that I am grateful. However someone was in my home from 8:30 in the morning until 6:30 that evening the product did not fit in the space provided again I am not the one that purchased the furnace so I don't know if they already knew it would not fit in the space provided but when I went in to see the progress and noticed that I have new pipes sticking out of a doorway and coming out of the enclosed door space an inch and a half blow... read more

Brandts has been amazing. My husband and I had called multiple places to install our ac unit we purchased. We got told no by a lot of companies because they said we had to purchase the unit through their company which is an astronomical expense. Brandts did NOT do that. They set an appointment to give estimate, which was very reasonable, and we got an appointment within about two weeks and they got the unit installed in one day! They were very professional. We had our AC unit & Furnace replaced. First off I want to start out by saying we have had so many bad experiences with different companies and contractors ripping us off so I was scared to pick a company for such a big job as a new AC and furnace install. Very impressed with the service I received. They called prior to my scheduled time saying they were running ahead and asked if they could come earlier. Very professional and explained everything they were doing. Very pleased and I’d use them again!
