Very good doctor
I call to get appointment and employee are so rude. They gonna ask you if what insurance using and if they do t accept it the lady said willing to pay 500$ cut the line she doesn’t even let me talk the most rude employee I ever encounter
If I could put zero stars I would. He diagnosed me with fibromyalgia without doing further testing, which is not how that is supposed to be diagnosed, and I had to pressure him to do more tests. Even then he refused to test for certain things like thyroid issues. He acted like it was stupid to even ask about my thyroid. Months later now after seeing other doctors it looks like I have a thyroid autoimmune disease. This review is Not about the doctor. I'm in complete shock the two women who answer the phone are very rude. I asked for an apt, and she asked which insurance I have and stated it was not accepted. Stated I would pay out of pocket as I've never had this issue in over 5 years of using my insurance all over the US. She hung up. I called back, and her colleague backed her up, stating they were not rude and refused me care or service. The doctors here need to be aware that his gate keepers are sending away paying clients.
They don’t make doctors like this anymore. Not only is he skilled, he explains all, very personable and kind. If you call up he will answer and talk to you. Like doctors used to be. I highly recommend Dr Frederick Brandt! Thank you Dr Brandt for doing all you can for me.
