Gave Brandon a call a little later in the afternoon about a bad alternator in my CRV. He was very professional and fair with pricing and information about the job. He was at the house about an hour later and had the job done after another hour. If you're ever needing a repair done and can't fit it into a normal shops hours due to work hours or you're in a pinch, he's the one to call.I would definitely recommend his services!

What a great guy he consulted with me by phone and then came over and promptly fixed my sliding door that noone else could manage to close he was fast and profesional and really helped me out of a difficult situation. I highly recommend

Wow, had pulsating brakes while on vacation in Gatlinburg, TN and looked up Brandon's shop. He is an honest, experienced and very fair professional mechanic who came to the rescue instantly when I reached out. Quick response, great front brake job!!! I know because my mechanic in NY had given me a heads up about my pulsating brakes and that they are usually due to needing new rotors and pads while you are at it. We broke down on foothills parkway the last day of our trip, we used AAA to meet Brandon at autozone back in town and he got our car fixed in no time. Easy to get along with, open about prices, and good work. Will definitely be calling him again if I ever run into anymore trouble down in the Smokey’s.
