Brandon Smith is very knowledgeable when seeing the pros and cons of a home, which is why I chose Brandon. He kept my needs and budget in mind. He was fun to work with and I would go to him again and again, should I need to in the future.
Brandon is a fantastic realtor and better person. Ive bought twice and sold once through Brandon and his team and just couldn't be happier. He sold my first house without even going to market. My second house was much more complicated and Brandon walked us through every step. Without his help it would have been a unmitigated disaster. He continued to help us months after the sale was done. He went the extra mile and then some for us.
Brandon was incredibly helpful as well as patient when it came to finding us our first home in Colorado. Although the housing market was chaotic at the time, Brandon was always prompt at answering our many questions and guiding us through the home buying process. I have now sold two homes with Brandon and team (Taryn) and I'd give them all the stars if I could, five just isn't enough. They were highly communicative throughout the process, responding quickly to any questions and inquiries. Every step of the way Brandon provided great counsel. Taryn did an excellent job ensuring all documents were accounted for so I didn't have to worry or be concerned or anxious about anything.
