The hell with this horrible hospital. I came here with chest pains and high blood pressure yet I have just been sitting here in pain and have not been helped. All my labs have been done for 2hrs and I'm still in the waiting room. All I have to say is this is a horrible hospital.
I had chest pains and my Primary Care Physician sent me to BRH's emergency room. I was admitted to the Cardiac Observation Unit for a battery of tests. The Nurses , Technicians, and Doctors were all fantastic to me. After 2 days in the COU - I had taken X-RAYS, multiple blood draws (26) , Echo Ultra Sound and Nuclear Stress Test.. My heart is fine. I'd like to thank the staff , doctors nurses and every body at Brandon hospital for taking me in and taking care of me like I was a family member ,I thank them for having the patients with me all through my hospitalization with them .for taking the time to get to the bottom of every thing that was wrong with me and seeing it through to the end . There's not enough words for me to express my gratitude and thanks to them .
5 stars so everyone could see this. It has been horrible. I wouldn't bring my dog here. The. Way they have talked and been towards me if messed up
Horrible service came in to the emergency room at 11 still havent been seen. Had an IV in my arm for 3 hours had to ask to get it taken out because I been waiting so long to been seen it as starting to hurt. Nurse just dropped me of in room and kept going don't even know her name. Never asked do i need anything. Had to go outside my room to ask for help at the emergency still didnt get any and I'm still waiting to be seen going on 6 hours later...
Current wait time : 7hours! Hello is anyone there? Still in ER! Ridiculous !
Worst hospital they don't care about anyone with several medical conditions word of advice drive somewhere else
Pack a lunch, bring books, games, etc. You will be here for a long time! Wait times today 5 hours+.
HIPAA must not mean much to them. I was put on a bed in the hallway and when I was talked to about my problem the Dr started to raise his voice while talking about my medical issues. As well as TWO of my IVs put in wrong in each of my arms.
